It’s so much easier to just believe that you can massage your fats away rather than go the painful route of hard exercise and strict diets.

Yet, it is the latter that produces the results. Even if the theory that you can massage your fats away holds true, that would be similar to saying that you are moving your furniture around the room. At the end of the day, the furniture is still there! Even if it works, the cellulite or fat stores are still in your body. So what is the point?
