15-Minute Workout Strategies

Since the ideal 15-minute Workout is going to be different for different individuals, we’re going to close this report by listing some workout strategies that you should consider on your path to a new and healthy you. Feel free to try one or more of these at different points throughout your journey, and be sure to revisit them from time to time. Something that might not work now may work very well six months down the line:

  • Work out with a friend or with family. The mutual support makes it much more likely that you’ll stick with your new fitness routine in the long run.
  • If you have trouble maintaining a focus during your workouts, begin tracking your exercise activities with an eye towards improving your performance over time.
  • Find something you like. Like any other task, it’s a LOT easier to do something if you enjoy what you’re doing.
  • In order to get the most out of your 15-minute workouts, take care not to over-eat after you’re finished.
  • Eventually you may want to do more than 15 minutes at a time, or do multiple 15-minute sessions per day.

The 15-minute Workouts described in this guidebook will help you become more healthy, and are certainly enough in and of themselves. But they can also be a starting point to a larger integration of fitness into your lifestyle.
